// How it works // Getting started
To get started scheduling a FaceTime consultation fill out the short form below. This will give us an idea of what it is you're looking to get out of the consultation. We can chat via email so we have a better understanding of your needs and system if applicable. From there we'll set a date and time. This can sometimes even be the same day if needed. Note: If you have a sound tech or sound guy it is helpful to have them on the video chat call as well as in the email chain as they can chime in with information about the system that you might not know. In the email we'll give you a few things to have ready so we can maximize our time together. This could include turning on your sound system, having a mic ready, having computers ready, or various other things depending on the situation.
Pricing:
$50 For 30 Min

// The Initial assessment //
Because we want to make sure you're getting the most out of the time we have in our consultation, depending on the type of consultation we're providing, there are a few things we ask of our customers once the consultation gets started. If we are troubleshooting a problem for you, we have an initial assessment in which we run through a few things that can often be the cause of the problems you might describe to us. During this we ask that for the first 10 minutes or so, not to ask very many questions, follow the instructions we give before saying that "it won't work", and even when an instruction might seem odd, we are doing it to rule things out and find the cause of the issue.
// CONSULTATION TIMing //
Typically once the consultation has started we are able to solve most problems within the first ten minutes or so, however this is not always the case. Some FaceTime consultations have taken well over an hour because of the depth of the problem. If such a situation arises we will always pause at each 30 min increment to see if you would like to continue or end the call and have us come back another time. These situations are not very common but they do happen. If we do fix the problem early, you are more than welcome to use the rest of the time for another problem (if one exists) or use the time to ask questions or just about anything else you can use our help for.
