Our team has had extensive experience troubleshooting, managing, and tuning every piece of a sound system. We've become quick to diagnose problems and find the best solution. How it works
Once you've filled out the form below we'll chat via email to make sure we have a good understanding of what gear your church has and what you're looking to accomplish from the consultation. When that's taken care of we'll set a date and time. Once we arrive we'll do a few quick checks of the system and we'll be ready to start. Depending on what type of consultation we are doing and how long you want us to stay, we'll always stop at the agreed upon time to make sure we're not taking up extra time and money on your end. As long as we don't have another appointment, we can stay for as long as you need us.
More than just problem solving
In the past we would be called back to a church several times because the same problem would arise a few months after we would fix it. We found that because their sound team didn't understand why the problem occurred, they would unintentionally cause the problem to occur again and again. We realized that instead of having those churches spend money for us to come out multiple times for the same issue, we would much rather teach their team the cause of the problem and how to fix it. Now, this is our standard practice. As long as your sound tech, operator, or team are available, we'll do our best to teach them what it is that we're doing so that the money you would normally spend on multiple visits from us is able to go into the other area's of ministry in your church.
